Key Responsibilities

  • •Support or lead project management on water infrastructure projects nationally with support from SPMs and Team Managers.
  • •Manage design delivery of medium–large projects and programs in line with WSP delivery standards.
  • •Embed robust project controls, contract administration, and cost planning.
  • •Track internal costs and provide clear, accurate client reporting.
  • •Identify, manage, and negotiate project changes with clients while ensuring compliance and risk-managed, safe delivery.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering or project management.
  • •5+ years’ experience with proven project delivery on D&C water infrastructure projects.
  • •Background in engineering consulting with design management experience (highly desirable).
  • •Strong interpersonal skills, including working across distributed teams.
  • •Good understanding of contracts, change management, drafting variations, and cost reporting using Excel and Word.
