Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and execute business process reengineering and transformation initiatives across multiple banking and support functions.
  • •Identify process inefficiencies and redesign workflows to improve productivity, customer experience, and operational effectiveness.
  • •Drive process simplification, standardization, and automation across key business functions.
  • •Develop transformation roadmaps, governance frameworks, KPIs, and value realization metrics; track outcomes to ensure measurable efficiency gains and cost optimization.
  • •Lead cross-functional project teams, manage change, and engage stakeholders to support adoption of new processes and technologies, while presenting updates to senior leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •10-15 years of experience in banking, financial services, consulting, or business transformation roles.
  • •Proven experience leading process reengineering, operational excellence, or transformation programs.
  • •Strong understanding of banking operations, process optimization, and digital transformation.
  • •Experience delivering automation, RPA, AI, or productivity improvement initiatives.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, finance, technology, or a related field; Master’s degree/MBA or Lean Six Sigma/Agile/Scrum certification is an advantage.
