Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a primary troubleshooter for complex client servicing and branch needs, enhancing the client experience in an in-person setting.
  • •Coach other tellers while ensuring efficient, effective, and accurate performance of teller functions and cash handling.
  • •Listen for financial wellness opportunities during client conversations and transition clients to a Banker for deeper discussions.
  • •Manage day-to-day teller line operations, including scheduling, staffing issues, and branch compliance with regulatory, security, and internal audit controls.
  • •Support branch product knowledge and assist the Branch Manager with onboarding and training new tellers; work Saturdays as directed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 18.75 - 25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience.
  • •Minimum 3 years of demonstrated superior client relationship skills.
  • •Minimum 3 years of demonstrated experience in cash handling.
  • •Working knowledge of PC with Windows-based applications and a calculator.
  • •Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, foster teamwork, and manage multiple tasks organizationally.
