Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as CPSO for classified contracts, handling additions, removals, and upgrades of personnel and coordinating with program managers, cleared employees, partners, and government sponsors.
  • •Enhance and execute a security education program, including in-briefs, debriefs, and ongoing training for cleared employees.
  • •Build and improve workflows for PERSEC casework such as contract support, terminations, debriefs, in-briefs, and training.
  • •Own clearance actions end to end (initiation through debrief) across DoD/DoW systems (DISS, SWFT, NBIS) and IC-equivalent collateral and SCI processes.
  • •Manage CE/CV and reportable-event intake, including foreign travel and foreign contact reporting under SEAD 3, and provide backup support for FCL matters.

Key Requirements

  • •Hold an active Top Secret security clearance.
  • •Extensive experience in end-to-end classified contract program management.
  • •Hands-on experience with DoD/DoW and Intelligence Community PERSEC processes and terminology (e.g., VARs, NISPOM, CE/CV, SEAD 3, NISS, DISS, SWFT, NBIS).
  • •Experience designing, delivering, and briefing security content and security education for cleared stakeholders.
  • •Bachelor’s degree (or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience).
