Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and refine a user-friendly Data Reporting Tool for the Results Framework, including qualitative baseline review, technical specifications, and practical data collection logic/templates.
  • •Provide analytical support for bi-annual reporting cycles, including reviewing data inputs for quality checks, producing progress visualization and priority impact stories, and drafting year-end reporting materials.
  • •Support 2026 and onward workplans by reviewing data collection and reporting gaps for technical projects and creating basic visualizations for donor narrative reporting.
  • •Provide capacity building to technical officers to enable high-quality disaggregated data collection and analytics aligned to the Theory of Change/Results Framework, including gender equality, disability, and social inclusion considerations.
  • •Coordinate with technical teams for 2027 mid-year achievements reporting, including data validation, progress summaries, and slide presentations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 1,750 monthly

Key Requirements

  • •Advanced university degree (master’s) in information management, public health, epidemiology, economics, data science, or related field.
  • •At least 5 years of relevant experience preparing epidemiological updates, analytical briefs, dashboards, and results frameworks/tools for public health M&E.
  • •Strong knowledge of epidemiological disease surveillance, health information management, and national standards of medical care.
  • •Ability to clean, validate, triangulate, analyze, interpret, and communicate surveillance and public health data using standardized indicators and data quality checks, including genAI tools.
  • •Basic working knowledge of Excel, R (or similar), Microsoft Power BI, and GIS tools such as QGIS or ArcGIS; expert English and good Vietnamese.
