Job Summary

Supervise and schedule the maintenance and repair of electrical equipment in project buildings, ensuring compliance with specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Lead and support electricians and technicians, develop work schedules and timelines, and coordinate electrical activities with other trades in MEP projects. Perform quality inspections, troubleshoot complex electrical issues using drawings and schematics, maintain records, and support HSE initiatives. SAP ERP knowledge is required.

Key Responsibilities

•Supervise electrical installation, maintenance, and repair activities on construction sites or in facilities, ensuring compliance with specifications, safety, and regulatory requirements.
•Manage and support electricians and technicians, providing guidance and direction to complete work safely and with high quality.
•Develop work schedules, task assignments, and project timelines, coordinating with other trades and project managers to meet deadlines and budget constraints.
•Conduct quality inspections and audits of electrical installations and equipment, identify deficiencies, and implement corrective actions.
•Coordinate procurement, storage, and inventory management of electrical materials and equipment, and maintain records of work orders, inspections, and test reports.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5 years of working experience with 3 years relevant experience.
•Supervise electrical installation, maintenance, and repair activities while ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and regulations.
•Manage and guide a team of electricians and technicians to deliver work efficiently, safely, and to a high quality standard.
•Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and electrical schematics; troubleshoot complex electrical issues and recommend solutions.
•ERP knowledge—preferably SAP functional skills—is required for success in this role.
