•Achieve top-line sales targets by selling DEWALT, STANLEY, LENOX, IRWIN, BOSTITCH, PORTERCABLE and related brands to end-user customers.
•Establish, develop, and maintain end-user partner relationships and manage CORE and other SBD user contracts and programs.
•Teach and mentor the local market team on end-user development, including identifying contacts and supporting the purchasing process across central and facility efforts.
•Partner with channel marketing to implement and coordinate marketing initiatives.
•Maintain and use Salesforce.com for CRM and planning, communicating successes and failures to streamline key account and opportunity development.

Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field preferred; relevant construction field experience may substitute.
•3+ years of experience in sales or marketing for construction supplies with a track record delivering results.
•Experience selling to high-level executives, C-Suite, and jobsite directors preferred.
•Strong interpersonal, negotiation, problem-solving, and verbal/written communication skills with strong organization and multitasking.
•Valid driver’s license and physical ability to travel up to 50% within the territory; proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
