Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with Account Executives to drive account growth and retention for wire harnesses, junction boxes, PCBs, and related electronics-adjacent systems.
  • •Develop and manage a micronetwork of manufacturing partners and execute major projects from discovery through delivery.
  • •Convert customer requirements into manufacturing work instructions, develop procedures and guidelines, and ensure successful execution of electromechanical projects.
  • •Troubleshoot WIP and guide operations teams to successful outcomes by rapidly addressing customer needs using internal systems knowledge.
  • •Provide project management and oversight for complex opportunities across remote and onsite customer/partner engagement.

Key Requirements
