Job Summary

Lead the Stablecoin Product team’s long-term strategy and roadmap for CMS Web3/stablecoin enabled offerings. Drive discovery initiatives, design proofs-of-concept with success criteria and delivery plans, and guide early experimentation from ideation through validation. Translate results into scalable execution transitions, articulate commercial cases, and deliver executive-facing recommendations and thought leadership across internal and external forums.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and own the CMS Web3/stablecoin innovation roadmap and backlog.
•Lead opportunity discovery initiatives with customers, sales, and industry partners, shaping use cases and executive recommendations.
•Design proofs-of-concepts (with success criteria and delivery plans) and guide iterative, customer-centric experimentation through validation.
•Identify and form partnerships to generate insights, validate concepts, and run test commercials; track innovation outcomes (e.g., POC launches, patent filings, engagement funnel growth).
•After POCs, evaluate performance and manage transitions to domain experts for scaled execution while articulating the commercial case against scaled execution.

Key Requirements

•12+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 10+ years with an advanced degree, or at least 5 years with a PhD.
•15+ years of product management experience in payments/fintech or related fields.
•Experience in B2B payments, stablecoins, digital assets, blockchain, or money movement infrastructure.
•Proven ability to drive cross-functional product development from 0→1, defining requirements and bringing capabilities to market.
•Demonstrated go-to-market leadership across regions and partner ecosystems, with strong executive communication and stakeholder management.
