Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver customized financial wellness recommendations by assessing client needs and referring investment and insurance products.
  • •Build and manage a client referral pipeline through disciplined prospecting and development of internal and external centers of influence.
  • •Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of private client products/services and competitive offerings for effective client conversations.
  • •Open personal and business accounts and support branch operations, including assisting with client transactions on the Teller line as needed.
  • •Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, including proper documentation of client interactions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 - 38.46 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience (required).
  • •Experience developing new and current customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources in insurance and investment products (required).
  • •Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking (required).
  • •Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office products including Word and Excel) (required).
  • •FINRA licenses S6, S63, and FINRA Security Industry Essentials (SIE), plus Life and Health Insurance licenses upon hire (required).
