Job Summary

Serve as a trusted advisor in a plan-based private client program, building and managing end-to-end client relationships. Assess financial wellness needs, gather and document client data, and deliver tailored recommendations by referring appropriate investment and insurance solutions. Meet individual sales/activity goals, build referral pipelines through prospecting and centers of influence, and support branch operations while maintaining compliance and accurate documentation.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver customized financial wellness recommendations by assessing client needs and referring investment and insurance products.
•Build and manage a client referral pipeline through disciplined prospecting and development of internal and external centers of influence.
•Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of private client products/services and competitive offerings for effective client conversations.
•Open personal and business accounts and support branch operations, including assisting with client transactions on the Teller line as needed.
•Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, including proper documentation of client interactions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 - 38.46 hourly

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience (required).
•Experience developing new and current customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources in insurance and investment products (required).
•Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking (required).
•Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office products including Word and Excel) (required).
•FINRA licenses S6, S63, and FINRA Security Industry Essentials (SIE), plus Life and Health Insurance licenses upon hire (required).
