Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, coach, and develop Relationship Managers responsible for DNA core client portfolios, driving client satisfaction, retention, revenue growth, and strategic account management.
  • •Establish portfolio strategies to improve client health, strengthen retention, and support revenue growth across assigned DNA core client markets.
  • •Build executive-level client relationships and serve as a strategic advisor on business priorities, transformation initiatives, service performance, and long-term growth opportunities.
  • •Partner with Sales, Product, Operations, Solution Consulting, and Client Delivery leaders to align client needs with enterprise solutions and delivery commitments.
  • •Oversee complex contract negotiations and analyze portfolio performance, client satisfaction trends, and financial metrics to identify risks, opportunities, and action plans.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of experience in relationship management, account management, sales, banking, financial services, or fintech with strategic client leadership, revenue growth, and portfolio management responsibilities.
  • •8+ years of experience managing and developing teams, including performance management, succession planning, talent development, and organizational leadership.
  • •Experience managing executive-level relationships and influencing senior decision makers within financial institutions.
  • •Experience leading complex contract negotiations, renewal strategies, and commercial discussions for large or strategically important clients.
  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
