Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute the scheduling process for the assigned coverage according to Field Planning governance, meeting calendars, horizons, frozen windows, and change-control handoffs.
  • •Receive and record authorized requirements from Project Leaders, Service Heads, PASS, customers, and service areas, validating client/site, equipment, activity, scope, requested date, priority, source, and sufficient technical support.
  • •Maintain the operational view of coverage using installed base, equipment condition, horometers, PASS inspections, maintenance plans, campaigns, projects, overhauls, service history, and known events.
  • •Translate authorized activities into parts requirements (lists/standards/technical validations), build and update short- and mid-term schedules with priorities, sequence, dependencies, dates, changes, restrictions, and activities within the frozen window.
  • •Prepare and deliver a complete, traceable operational requirement package to the PSD Field Planning Coordinator, managing emergent changes within the frozen window and updating schedule deviations, reprogramming, cancellations, and new needs.

Key Requirements

  • •3-5 years of experience in scheduling, operational planning, maintenance, field service, supply chain, or parts management, preferably in mining or heavy equipment.
  • •Experience converting maintenance plans, PASS inspections, projects, or service interventions into schedules and parts requirements (quantities and dates).
  • •Experience maintaining equipment/activity/priorities data, managing change and risk, and coordinating with clients, technical areas, and execution teams.
  • •Strong knowledge of operational field scheduling elements including installed base, equipment condition, horometers, PASS inspections, maintenance, campaigns, projects, overhauls, and change control.
  • •Ability to govern data with version control and traceability, documenting assumptions, exceptions, and disciplined schedule updates.
