Key Responsibilities

•Own the product roadmap and define the strategy for the new Risora mobile product.
•Lead the strategy and launch of the mobile app across tier-one markets (US, UK, EU, Australia, Canada).
•Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to validate product decisions and iterations.
•Define and track key product metrics (retention, activation, engagement, conversion) to measure impact and inform prioritization.
•Collaborate with design to create an intuitive, gamified UX and continuously leverage AI tools to accelerate research, prototyping and execution.

Key Requirements

•4+ years of product management experience with a proven track record
•Demonstrated experience shipping a mobile app (iOS/Android) on tier-one markets
•Data-first mindset with strong data analysis skills to inform user flows
•Experience using analytics tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel or Firebase
•High AI fluency and ability to use AI tools to write, research, prototype and build
