Employability, Skills & Terminology Trainer

Deliver employability-skills and terminology training by teaching scheduled classes, preparing lesson plans, and developing schemes of work aligned with TVET/teaching best practices. Assess learner needs, facilitate learning experiences, and grade tests and exams while producing performance and progress reports. Support trainees’ personal and social development through coaching, mentoring, and activities, maintain course materials in FIP LMS, and contribute to department planning and training-needs identification.
