Key Responsibilities

  • •Teach classes according to agreed schedules and existing outlines/moduledescriptions, aligned with FIP requirements.
  • •Prepare lesson plans, exercises, schemes of work, and training materials; document course materials and lecture plans in the shared drive and FIP LMS.
  • •Assess learner needs; grade tests/exams to set standards and provide performance/progress reports.
  • •Coach and mentor trainees to improve performance, attitude, and job readiness; run extra-curricular activities and tutorial provision as required.
  • •Handle program administration (registers, student tracking) and support ongoing department development planning and training-needs identification.

  • •Strong knowledge of employability skills and industry-specific terminology.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • •Assess learning needs and adapt content for diverse audiences.
