Job Summary

Oversee day-to-day operations at Citizens Live at The Wylie, working with the Operations Manager, General Manager, and department heads to deliver an excellent guest and staff experience. Lead opening/running/closing duties, coordinate setup and teardown of venue equipment, manage operations crews, support cleanliness and post-show cleanup, handle facility maintenance issues, and ensure responsible alcohol service and proper incident reporting.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the Operations Manager and venue leadership with day-to-day oversight and maintenance of the facility.
•Perform opening/running/closing duties for concerts and special events per Live Nation policy.
•Oversee operations crew members for setup and teardown of tables, chairs, and other venue equipment.
•Coordinate with security, guest services, cleaning, and other teams to meet service standards and address concerns.
•Assist cleaning and post-show cleanup, oversee facility maintenance/repairs, and manage responsible alcohol service per training and policy.

Key Requirements

•Working knowledge of event operations.
•Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
•Strong guest and staff relations skills to anticipate needs and resolve negative situations.
•Excellent verbal and written communication plus prioritization, organization, and time management.
•High School Diploma required.
