Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor - Data Center Construction

Serve as the day-to-day client interface for a large-scale, mission-critical data center program, delivering value-added cost management with strong governance and commercial rigor. Develop cost plans and estimates across design and delivery, produce executive reporting, validate cost information, and manage final accounts. Lead procurement strategy, change control, cost risk analysis, and earned value management where applicable, while coordinating closely with project controls and schedule teams.
