Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as deputy to the Logistics Program Manager from initial acquisition through post-deployment sustainment, ensuring logistical execution.
  • •Coordinate across product, engineering, logistics, and program teams to integrate logistics considerations into design, development, and delivery.
  • •Assist with creation, management, and delivery of critical CDRLs including LSPs, LORAs, SSPCLs, IUID Plans, and logistics data summaries.
  • •Systematically manage forward-deployed inventory (GFE and non-GFE) to support contracts, sustainment operations, and maintenance across 34 CONUS/OCONUS installations.
  • •Provide logistics expertise at program milestones (e.g., Post Award Conferences, Provisioning Conference, Critical Design Reviews) and support planning for new site deployment actions.

Salary: USD 112,000 - 149,000

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, business/operations, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of progressively complex operations and program management experience.
  • •Strong communication, leadership, presentation, and interpersonal skills to interface effectively across departments, management levels, customers, and government representatives.
  • •Customer-focused and able to work self-initiated and in a team environment, including extended hours and travel as required.
  • •Expertise in DoD product support strategies and policies, CDRLs, and DoD regulations.
  • •Experience with LORA, SERD, LMI and/or spare analysis, and eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance.
