Embed with client teams to diagnose end-to-end workflow friction and redesign target-state operations, operating models, and governance. •Map current-state workflows end-to-end to diagnose root causes of operational friction.
•Redesign target-state operations for leaner workflows, clearer decision rights, and AI-enabled human-agent collaboration.
•Design operating models covering structure, roles, governance, and cross-functional interaction models.
•Establish performance baselines and measurement frameworks to track improvement throughout the engagement.
•Build and demo AI-powered prototypes using LLM APIs and low-code/no-code environments to drive stakeholder alignment and adoption.

•Ability to rapidly scope and build a working proof of concept within client engagement constraints.
•Comfort working autonomously in a forward-deployed capacity without a dedicated engineering team.
