  • •Develop PMB for earned value/project management and establish CWBS and CWBS dictionary.
  • •Perform cost and schedule performance analysis to identify trends and inform corrective actions.
  • •Ensure proper EVMS implementation using standardized processes, tools, reports, and compliance reviews/audits.
  • •Prepare and analyze forecasts, EACs, margin positions, and support program reviews/proposals. Also handle cost capture and weekly actual spend data, including data reconciliation.
