Team Lead, Sales Part Time

Lead sales and deliver outstanding consumer experiences on the sales floor by applying the V.I.B.E.S service model and engaging customers. Assist across store departments, including POS system management, merchandising, visual presentation, and stockroom operations. Support store opening/closing and key holder responsibilities such as cash handling, store recovery, and asset protection. Manage day-to-day team activities by delegating tasks, monitoring progress, and helping achieve personal and team sales goals.
