Key Responsibilities

  • •Learn company products, procedures, and policies related to sales and customer service.
  • •Assist with production and operational procedures to build a comprehensive understanding of manufacturing processes.
  • •Enter orders in business systems accurately and prepare detailed reports for supervisors and management.
  • •Use business systems, applications, and sales tools to manage tasks, communication, and organization.
  • •Make sales calls to current and prospective clients and travel with Account Managers to become proficient with industry terms.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing, or equivalent work experience.
  • •Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and other business software.
