Job Summary

Build and grow a mortgage customer portfolio by networking with external partners such as housing agents, brokers, and lawyers. Drive sales targets, service existing mortgage customers, and manage the end-to-end mortgage application process through loan inception. Conduct KYC to ensure data integrity, handle mortgage enquiries and leads, follow up on servicing issues, and provide timely sales updates to Team Heads for projections.

Key Responsibilities

•Network and build relationships with external business partners (housing agents, brokers, lawyers) to achieve mortgage product targets and service needs.
•Continuously grow a portfolio of customers and bring in sales.
•Service existing mortgage customers and attend to mortgage-related enquiries and leads.
•Submit mortgage applications and follow up with customers and internal departments until loan inception.
•Conduct proper Know Your Customer (KYC) on customers and business partners (if applicable) and ensure data integrity.

•A degree with relevant working experience in home loans/mortgage products sales.
•A proven sales track record in home loans/mortgage products.
•High drive to excel and thrive in a sales-oriented environment.
