Assistant Manager, A&R and Brand Partnership

As Assistant Manager for A&R and Brand Partnerships, you will scout emerging artists across Malaysia and the region, support artist development, and coordinate brand collaborations. You’ll help evaluate demos, pitch partners, and coordinate recording sessions and releases, working cross-functionally with Marketing, Digital, Commercial, and Legal teams to translate music stories into strategic partnerships.
