Key Responsibilities

•Paint the vision of the Figma Platform and guide customers in realizing the value through product demonstrations and presentations
•Support the Sales team by addressing Figma platform questions and showcasing how Figma accelerates digital product delivery to customers
•Own the customer IT and Security relationship during the deal cycle by addressing security questionnaires and enterprise requirements, in order to help customers adopt the platform securely and at scale
•Collaborate with Product and Support to identify opportunities for enhancing account security through new product features and help influence the product roadmap
•Design and scale technical sales efforts, facilitating conversations and connections between our customers, sales and product teams.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 115,200 - 245,600 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years of professional experience, including 4+ years in sales engineering or solution consulting within a SaaS organization
•Proven ability to rapidly learn new technologies and position solutions in presales, including defining success criteria and leading evaluations
•Strong communication skills with experience delivering compelling presentations and product demonstrations to diverse audiences
•Experience with front-end development or the developer lifecycle
•Ability to craft consultative strategies and deliver technical content for enterprise customers
