Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of experience in manufacturing process development, preferably in a high-reliability industry.
  • •Ability to create clear work instructions and manufacturing process documentation, including standardized work for manual assembly.
  • •Proven experience improving manufacturing processes using lean manufacturing principles and troubleshooting to implement effective solutions quickly.
  • •Familiarity with Statistical Process Control (SPC), capability studies, and Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DFMA) principles.
