Job Summary

Lead the AMRAAM D4/C9 Integration Labs Integrated Product Team for the AIM 120 deployment, coordinating technical execution across multi-disciplinary teams. Own cost account management, planning, budgeting, performance tracking, and variance management using EVMS/IMP/IMS. Define capabilities/backlog and maintain an integrated roadmap aligned to customer and product objectives, supporting Agile ART/Product Team execution while managing technical risk, debt, and compliance with system engineering, quality, and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the IPT for design, development, and integration of engineering test equipment supporting AIM 120 D4/C9 variant deployment.
•Serve as Cost Account Manager for assigned control accounts, overseeing planning, budgeting, performance tracking, and variance management.
•Define and prioritize program capabilities and backlog, aligned to product vision, strategy, and customer objectives.
•Develop and communicate an integrated program roadmap, coordinating with engineering disciplines, system architects, product owners, and cross-product team leads.
•Manage technical debt and program risks and ensure compliance with EVMS, system engineering standards, requirements verification/validation, and quality and safety expectations.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in STEM and at least 12 years of relevant experience.
•Experience in program management or execution of a large IPT.
•Experience with EVMS and program management tools such as EVMS, IMP, IMS, and Risk & Opportunity Management (including EVMS certification).
•Experience managing budget and schedule, including EAC, financial performance reporting, BCR, and BOE.
•Active and transferable Secret U.S. government-issued security clearance prior to start; U.S. citizenship required.
