Job Summary

Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP AI, automation, analytics, and SAP S/4HANA programs, driving finance transformation across AP, AR, GL, Treasury, FI, and CO. Own delivery governance including RAID management, reporting, and release planning, and oversee testing through UAT, production rollout, go-live, and hypercare. Ensure compliance with security, privacy, audit, and Responsible AI standards while driving adoption, change management, and operational sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP AI, Automation, Analytics, and SAP S/4HANA programs.
•Support Finance transformation across AP, AR, GL, Treasury, FI, and CO.
•Manage SAP Business AI, SAP Joule, SAP BTP AI Services, and related deployment activities.
•Own delivery governance, RAID management, reporting, and release planning.
•Oversee testing, UAT, production rollout, go-live, and hypercare support while ensuring security, privacy, audit, and Responsible AI compliance.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of experience in SAP Transformation, AI Delivery, Program Management, or Digital Transformation.
•Proven experience as a Program Manager, SAP Delivery Manager, Delivery Lead, or Transformation Manager.
•Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, SAP Build, SAP Business AI, and SAP Joule.
•Experience delivering AI, analytics, automation, and enterprise integration solutions.
•Strong governance, security, compliance, and delivery management experience, including Agile, SAFe, SAP Activate, and DevOps.
