Deliver an elevated, personalized luxury shopping experience as a front-line ambassador of the Coach brand. Build client relationships through styling and fashion expertise, drive sales via cross-selling and tailored recommendations, and support daily store operations. Use mobile POS, clienteling, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases, while completing cash wrap, inventory, visual merchandising, and asset protection tasks.
