Provide an elevated customer experience by suggesting looks based on trends and promotions, engaging shoppers through Levi’s omni experience and Red Tab Loyalty, and resolving customer concerns. Support store operations including cash handling and merchandise processes such as shipment processing, floor sets, markdowns, and replenishment, while following store policies and directives. Report to the Store Manager and help model coaching for a strong retail culture.
