Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end program delivery including scope, schedule, budget, risk/issue management, dependencies, and executive reporting.
  • •Lead Appian-based solution delivery using native configuration to minimize custom code and follow platform best practices.
  • •Drive Agile execution from Sprint 0 through subsequent sprints, including backlog management, sprint planning, burn-down tracking, release readiness, and retrospectives.
  • •Ensure compliance with USPS IT, privacy, and security policies (AS-805 series) and Section 508 accessibility requirements, including VPAT/ACR submissions and remediation.
  • •Support A&A lifecycle deliverables, govern secure integrations via standards-based APIs, oversee testing/acceptance criteria, manage vendors, and produce program documentation and transition/knowledge transfer plans.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of program/project management experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder technology programs (public sector preferred).
  • •3+ years managing Appian platform programs or large Appian delivery efforts (design, configuration, workflow automation, integrations, and deployment).
  • •Demonstrated success delivering modernization programs using iterative Agile methodologies in regulated environments.
  • •Experience coordinating across software vendors, advisory services (e.g., Appian Accelerate), and enterprise architecture/security stakeholders.
  • •Security clearance: must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust and pass thorough Government background screening (forms and fingerprinting).
