Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate deployment operations across selection, onboarding, readiness, travel, arrival, rotation, and return; maintain deployment trackers and provide status and risk visibility.
  • •Support employee onboarding by coordinating with recruiting, HR, security, and others for processing, Form I-9, credential verification, background screening, badging, and onboarding documentation.
  • •Coordinate deployment readiness and processing, including passports, visas, work permits, country-entry requirements, and medical-readiness steps with the medical provider.
  • •Support deployment processing through CONUS replacement and other locations by handling scheduling, packets, reporting instructions, documentation, status tracking, and deficiency resolution.
  • •Provide PMO support by maintaining program trackers and reports, responding to data calls, preparing Excel reports and PowerPoint briefings, capturing meeting minutes, and tracking actions to completion.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science or equivalent education, training, and experience.
  • •2+ years of related administrative, program support, operations, human resources, logistics, travel, finance, or military personnel experience.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams; ability to build and maintain spreadsheets, trackers, reports, and electronic records.
  • •Must be eligible and able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret security clearance.
  • •U.S. Citizenship required; ability to work onsite as required at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland, and support international time zones as needed.
