Retail Assistant Store Manager

Lead day-to-day store performance by driving sales, KPIs, and profitability while maintaining high customer service standards. You’ll manage and coach store associates, support recruiting and training, and hold the team accountable through regular performance conversations. Oversee core operations including POS transactions, payroll and scheduling, loss prevention, inventory counts, and shrink targets, while supporting store openings/closings and required meetings and training.
