  • •Schedule and coordinate workforce and resources with safety, quality, maintenance, materials, scheduling, logistics, and engineering to resolve manufacturing and support issues.
  • •Lead implementation of improvements and corrective actions based on safety, quality, material, and equipment root causes; drive productivity improvements using lean tools.
  • •Develop, motivate, and coach team members; conduct training and area audits to eliminate safety hazards and maintain a safe working environment.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited school and 1 year of experience in manufacturing/operations/supply chain management.
