Job Summary

Own commercial execution and customer-facing relationships with Pacific and Regional Distributors across your assigned region to drive distribution growth, item placement, and JBP program pull-through. Lead DSR engagement, category management contacts, and trade event execution, while coordinating broker priorities and distributor engagement. Maintain pipeline health and forecasts in CRM/reporting tools and partner with Sales Operations, Marketing, Finance, and internal leadership to deliver regional AOP goals.

Key Responsibilities

•Own day-to-day distributor relationships, including DSR engagement, category management contacts, and regional procurement and operations leadership.
•Drive distribution growth and item placement via new item sell-in, distribution gap closure, and ride-along execution with distributor DSRs.
•Execute regional JBPs by translating annual plans into in-market execution, tracking performance to commitments, and surfacing gaps.
•Lead trade event execution and post-event reconciliation for in-region programs in partnership with NA Sales Operations.
•Maintain pipeline visibility, forecasts, and accurate CRM/reporting updates for distribution gains/losses, promotional impacts, and customer risks.

Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree required.
•5–8 years of progressive commercial, distributor-facing experience in CPG or foodservice, with regional distributor experience strongly preferred.
•Direct experience with regional broadline distributors at the DSR, category management, and regional procurement levels.
•Demonstrated track record of distribution growth, item sell-in, and JBP execution.
•Ability to travel 50% and cover WA, OR, CA, AZ, CO.
