Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently conduct site inspections of structural works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, contract requirements, and applicable standards.
  • •Review structural shop drawings, reinforcement detailing, temporary works designs, method statements, and material submittals.
  • •Supervise reinforced concrete and structural steel works, including verification of reinforcement installation, concrete placement, curing, testing, and structural workmanship.
  • •Prepare and manage NCRs, SORs, RFIs, and snag lists; monitor contractor quality control and close-out of corrective actions.
  • •Coordinate structural interfaces with architectural, MEP, and specialist engineering disciplines; review contractor BIM coordination to identify clashes and guide technical coordination meetings.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
  • •Minimum 10 years of post-graduate experience in structural site supervision.
  • •Minimum 5 years of UAE/GCC experience on major building construction projects.
  • •Strong knowledge of reinforced concrete, structural steel, and temporary works.
  • •Thorough understanding of UAE Building Codes, structural design standards, and construction practices.
