  • •Oversee all construction management activities for large-scale tunnel projects with multiple contract packages.
  • •Oversee commissioning, startup, and project closeout activities.
  • •Ensure project compliance with contract requirements, regulatory requirements, and Consent Decree milestones.
  • •Oversee project controls, including schedule management, cost control, change management, and progress reporting.
  • •Serve as primary liaison with project owner, designers, contractors, regulatory agencies, and community stakeholders

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS + 12 years of relevant or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education, including 4 years of leadership.
  • •Professional Engineer (PE) license (required, and ability to obtain New York PE by reciprocity in 12 months)

  • •Experience with New York City DEP projects and local regulatory environment
  • •20 years of progressive experience in construction management of large-scale tunneling and heavy civil infrastructure
