Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a cost management team to deliver accountabilities across commissions.
  • •Interface with the client, stakeholders, and other consultants at all project stages while maintaining strong communication.
  • •Perform quantity surveying, cost controls, and change management activities throughout the project lifecycle.
  • •Provide commercial status reporting and weekly updates on project, initiatives, and staffing; prepare and deliver presentations to leadership.
  • •Manage financial management using internal software for margin tracking, fee/resource forecasts, risk mitigation planning, and KPI/appraisal documents, including staff performance reviews and mentoring talent.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 180,000 - 210,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a field related to construction.
  • •Minimum 8 years of relevant cost management experience in the construction industry, focused on interior retrofits and commercial build-outs.
  • •Graduate degree in quantity surveying, cost management, construction management, or engineering preferred.
  • •SME in Quantity Surveying, with RICS certification or equivalent accreditation.
  • •Demonstrates excellent presentation, verbal, written, organizational, and communication skills.
