Serve as a strategic HR business partner to R&D executives, shaping and executing people strategies to enable scale and strengthen leadership. Lead performance management and talent reviews with rigor and fairness, and partner on scalable organizational design and effectiveness. Use people data to diagnose root causes and drive measurable improvements in organizational health, while coaching leaders and managers to elevate employee experience and managerial capability across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as a trusted advisor to R&D executives by anticipating organizational needs and connecting people strategy to business outcomes.
•Lead performance management and talent review processes; coach leaders to recognize and reward top performance and address underperformance.
•Partner with leaders to design scalable org structures and improve alignment and team health using workforce analytics and org design principles.
•Provide leadership coaching and candid, actionable feedback to executives and managers; reinforce cultural principles through coaching and systems.
•Leverage people data to identify trends, diagnose root causes, and lead complex cross-functional people initiatives end-to-end.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 180,000 - 250,000 annually
