Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with clients and stakeholders internally and externally to develop strong relationships.
  • •Perform pre- and post-contract quantity surveying tasks including cost estimates, procurement and tendering, contract administration, variations, and final accounts.
  • •Produce and present the final cost plan, supporting estimating and cost planning activities.
  • •Manage tendering and procurement activities, including pre-qualification, tender list creation, preliminaries, tender analysis, tender reports, and contractual document compilation.
  • •Take ownership of immediate projects within the Cost Management division.

Key Requirements

  • •A recognized degree qualification.
  • •Relevant work experience as a QS or Cost Manager, ideally in a consultancy environment.
  • •Sector experience across real estate construction projects.
  • •Excellent written and spoken English, with preferably Dutch, plus strong report and bid writing skills.
  • •Ability to work independently and be highly motivated with a client-focused delivery mindset.
