•Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, employee engagement, and change management.
•Lead and advise on complex employee relations and policy violations, ensuring fair, consistent, and compliant practices.
•Drive HR action plans addressing performance, culture, and operational challenges using data and insights.
•Own key HR processes for client groups, including performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, compensation, and career development.
•Manage HR projects end-to-end and partner with Labor Relations, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and other HR teams to deliver integrated solutions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 95,000 - 110,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business management, or related field (or equivalent education and relevant experience).
•5+ years of progressive HR experience, including employee relations, talent management, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness.
•3+ years of experience leading or developing HR professionals and/or project teams.
•Proven track record designing and executing action plans and managing projects from concept through evaluation.
•Proficiency with HR systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday) and Microsoft Office Suite, with strong consulting and communication skills.
