Key Responsibilities

•Manage day-to-day execution of the monthly editorial calendar across owned social channels, including scheduling, publishing, and community monitoring.
•Write and produce social copy and content across channels, leveraging generative AI to research and refine assets while tracking KPIs and reporting performance.
•Coordinate logistics for industry events, partner events, and sponsorships, including planning timelines, vendor management, and on-site or virtual execution.
•Support channel enablement by partnering with sales to draft partner messaging, develop self-serve partner tools, and create onboarding and training collateral.
•Support PR strategy execution by drafting press releases, media pitches, briefing documents, award submissions, and coordinating with external PR agencies.

Key Requirements

•Demonstrated, hands-on experience using generative AI tools in real marketing workflows, including strong prompting skills.
•Experience coordinating social media channels for a brand, including content calendars, publishing tools, and performance reporting.
•Strong project management and organizational skills to juggle multiple workstreams and deadlines.
