Job Summary

Oversee all branch operations for a new Dallas market, from scheduling and installations to service calls, quality control, and safety compliance. •Oversee daily operations of the Dallas branch, including scheduling, installations, service calls, quality control, and safety compliance.
•Build and lead a high-performing team of HVAC technicians, electricians, project coordinators, and administrative staff.
•Lead from the front, uphold company culture, and drive recruiting and hiring of top talent.
•Lead, mentor, and develop the field force to deliver the best customer experience.
•Manage vendor and subcontractor relationships, establish local partnerships, and use data and KPIs to drive continuous improvement.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 165,000 annually

•Modern leadership and team management skills plus exceptional problem-solving, decision-making, and communication.
•Proficiency in business software, CRM systems, and Google Workspace; plus HVAC/electrical/plumbing background.
