Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and coach OpEx teams to drive improvements across the plant balance scorecard, including leading Kaizen events.
  • •Conduct diagnostics on the Operating System, Management Infrastructure, Mindset, Behaviors & Capabilities, and Industry 4.0 using data analysis, floor observations, process monitoring, and employee interviews.
  • •Coach the OPEX team to develop tactical implementation plans (TIPs) and ensure adherence through regular stakeholder check-ins.
  • •Plan and build OPEX capability with site leadership; run OPEX training sessions and serve as the lead trainer for continuous improvement tools.
  • •Ensure OPEX improvements are captured and sustained via the plant enabler program; execute Zero Loss analysis and manage long-term countermeasures.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Degree or GED.
  • •2 years’ experience with Operational Excellence, Lean, and Six Sigma fundamentals.
  • •2 years’ experience working in a manufacturing environment.
  • •1 year people management experience.
  • •Continuous improvement experience leading/ executing Operational Excellence and organizational learning programs in a manufacturing environment.
