Job Summary

Partner with the GTM organization to drive revenue growth through rigorous financial modeling and actionable insights. Own unit economics (CAC, payback, magic number, NRR, contribution margin), sales capacity planning, and the GTM financial model spanning bookings, ARR, quotas, and deal structuring. Lead GTM planning and budgeting, manage monthly/quarterly reporting for executives and the Board, and improve forecasting accuracy via better processes and tooling.

Key Responsibilities

•Own unit economics, including CAC, payback, magic number, net revenue retention, and contribution margin by segment and motion.
•Plan sales capacity by partnering with GTM leaders on rep counts, coverage, ramp timing, and quota.
•Own the GTM financial model across bookings, ARR, sales capacity planning, and quota design.
•Lead GTM planning and budgeting across Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships to support top-line targets.
•Serve as the financial lead for deal structuring and pricing, and maintain monthly/quarterly GTM reporting for executives and the Board while improving financial processes and tooling.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 189,500 - 284,300 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years of experience, including 3+ years of Sales Finance experience at a high-growth, scaled enterprise software company.
•Deep understanding of SaaS and usage-based business models, including ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV, and sales productivity metrics.
•Comfortable working in SQL or BI tools to pull data and support analysis.
•A first-principles thinker who builds from a blank page and questions every input.
•Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (preferred).
