Key Responsibilities

  • •Support talent acquisition by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • •Coordinate onboarding for new hires, including orientation and follow-ups, and assist with offboarding materials and feedback collection.
  • •Serve as a point of contact for employees and support employee relations by helping resolve minor conflicts and promoting a positive work environment.
  • •Analyze station reports (turnover, surveys) with the station/country manager to help address retention issues.
  • •Maintain HR compliance by staying current on labor laws and government regulations, and help create/update local policies and the employee handbook.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • •1-3 years of experience in HR or a related field.
  • •Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • •Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR software (HRIS), including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
