Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the subject matter expert on complex accounting matters and research/document positions under U.S. GAAP and, where applicable, IFRS.
  • •Prepare technical accounting memos for significant, non-routine transactions including business combinations, equity/stock-based compensation, leases, and revenue arrangements.
  • •Own and maintain accounting policies and design/implementation of related controls, including revenue recognition and equity/lease/biz-combination controls.
  • •Lead preparation and review of internal and external financial statements and footnote disclosures for compliance with U.S. GAAP and, where applicable, IFRS.
  • •Support IPO readiness workstreams and coordinate remediation of legacy accounting positions, alongside audit support and close process improvements.

Salary: USD 224,000 - 336,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA required.
  • •15+ years of progressive accounting experience, including a combination of public accounting (Big 4 preferred) and industry experience.
  • •Deep, current expertise in U.S. GAAP (including ASC 606 revenue recognition) with working knowledge of IFRS.
  • •Experience in a SaaS, technology, or other high-growth environment is strongly preferred.
  • •Experience supporting internal controls and SOX, with experience on IPO readiness or public-company reporting a strong plus.
