Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide personal financial counseling and management services directly to service members and their families.
  • •Assist service members in establishing a spending plan for extended absences.
  • •Develop and make available informational financial materials to service members and families.
  • •Coordinate, publicize and provide Personal Financial Management classes/workshops across the military lifecycle.
  • •Utilize virtual counseling or secure video/online communication as needed and align with DoD protocols.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 58,440 - 93,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree required (or combination of education and work experience)
  • •3+ years of financial counseling experience
  • •Must be a U.S. citizen and fluent in English; bilingual in English and Spanish if required by contract
  • •Must have AFC, CFP, or ChFC certification
  • •Must be able to obtain a Tier 2 clearance and pass the OCI process
