Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide in-field clinical education and training for healthcare professionals on the proper use and application of ZOLL products (defibrillators, monitors, CPR devices, data solutions).
  • •Deliver on-site clinical support during product implementation and post-installation follow-ups, acting as the first point of contact for clinical inquiries.
  • •Conduct engaging product demonstrations for prospective and existing customers, and collaborate with the sales team to highlight product value.
  • •Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, technical services, operations) to share customer feedback and develop clinical resources and case studies.
  • •Stay current with clinical best practices and industry trends, representing ZOLL at industry events and ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory standards.
