Key Responsibilities

•Provide in-field clinical education and training for healthcare professionals on the proper use and application of ZOLL products (defibrillators, monitors, CPR devices, data solutions).
•Deliver on-site clinical support during product implementation and post-installation follow-ups, acting as the first point of contact for clinical inquiries.
•Conduct engaging product demonstrations for prospective and existing customers, and collaborate with the sales team to highlight product value.
•Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, technical services, operations) to share customer feedback and develop clinical resources and case studies.
•Stay current with clinical best practices and industry trends, representing ZOLL at industry events and ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory standards.
