Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide local technical leadership for OPWI systems development and support at customer sites, including solving complex task force activities (e.g., tool matching, stability, throughput, accuracy, focus).
  • •Support day-to-day production issues by troubleshooting difficult problems, performing fault isolation, and conducting root cause analysis (HW debugging).
  • •Investigate detection limitations in complex scenarios and determine optimal tool configurations and workarounds.
  • •Collaborate with the customer on tool performance issues and resolution paths; communicate findings via reports, presentations, and ongoing coordination.
  • •Participate in R&D system team efforts to develop new capabilities and optimize platform performance, including tool management SOP contributions and data/solution transfer between R&D and field.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree (M.Sc.) in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • •Minimum 3 years of relevant hands-on system development experience (entry-level candidates with a Ph.D. encouraged).
  • •High analytical skills to research, analyze, and understand complex system problems.
  • •Ability to work independently and manage own work in an open environment.
  • •Strong interpersonal skills to work in a multidisciplinary team, lead without authority, and communicate clearly; fluent English required.
