Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and develop the privacy compliance platform and related compliance solutions.
  • •Identify compliance risks in globally distributed architecture and produce technical solutions.
  • •Combine privacy protection algorithms, security tools, and development/process tooling to address risks.
  • •Research cutting-edge compliance progress and explore feasible solutions to address compliance pain points.
  • •Continuously drive the evolution of the platform architecture to meet changing requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Design and develop privacy compliance platform features to meet ByteDance’s internal compliance needs.
  • •Identify compliance risks in globally distributed architectures and implement technical solutions.
  • •Research emerging compliance progress and translate findings into feasible architecture improvements.
  • •Experience in privacy compliance, data security, and risk control R&D is preferred.
  • •Experience designing and developing data platforms is preferred.
